You can create, activate, deactivate, edit, email, delete, and getting use report of your coupons. Customers will not be able to see these coupons so you will have to email your customers or post them on your website to let people know they exist.

Activating and Deactivating the Status of your Coupons
You can search for coupons in the drop down menu on the top right, edit existing coupons, change coupon statuses, or you can create a new ticket.
To activate a coupon, so customers can use it, click on the green circle under "status".
To deactivate click the red circle under "status", so customers can no longer see or use the coupon.
Creating a New Coupon
At the bottom of the screen select the button.
Follow the guided steps on the page.
Hit the "preview" button.
Hit the "confirm" button to save or the "back" button to make changes.
Email Coupons
You can email a coupon by activating the coupon title and selecting the "email" button.
The coupon name will appear at the top.
You can select the customer or customers you wish to send the coupon to via email.
Type in the subject and message in the boxes
Click "send email" at the bottom.
Coupon Reports
Activate the coupon you wish to see details on by clicking on the title.
Now you will see how many people have used this coupon and also how many of your registered customers have.
